Zanu Dassah has over twenty years of experience managing the workforce in the Ghana Public Health Sector. He was appointed Deputy Director (Training and Development) in 2016 till date and had previously worked as Regional Human Resource Manager from 2002 – 2016 all in the Ghana Health Service. He has expertise in Health Workforce Planning, Health Policy and Strategy, Training and Development, Performance Management, Health System Strengthening, Grant Proposal Development and Resource Mobilization. He is a Chartered Human Resource Management Practitioner and a Barrister and Solicitor. He holds MBA (Human Resource); LL.B; B.A.; Barrister at Law and Chartered Human Resource Management.
