Professor Fiona Patterson is a leading expert in the field of selection, assessment, and diversity. She is the founding Director of Work Psychology Group, a UK research-led organisational psychology consulting practice and Visiting Professor at the University of London. Fiona has also held academic posts at the Universities of Nottingham, Sheffield, and Cambridge. She publishes widely in the highest ranking journals and co-authors the leading international textbook in work psychology. Her work has won numerous awards and she was the first woman to win the British Psychological Society’s Academic Contribution to Practice award.
