Jennifer (Jen) is a psychologist who found her home in medical education.  She established the Centre for Healthcare Education Research and Innovation, University of Aberdeen.  She chaired ASME (2013-2018), the AMEE Research Committee (2014-2019) and the Scottish Medical Education Research Consortium (2015-2020).  She is now a member of AMEE’s Executive. She holds editorial roles with Medical Education and Advances in Health Sciences Education.  Jen currently works at LKCMedicine, Singapore as Vice-Dean (Education).  Jen is known internationally for her research.  Her achievements are recognised by numerous Honorary appointments, fellowships and awards, including that of Extra-Ordinary Professor, University of Stellenbosch.
