Mehr Manzoor is a Fulbright Scholar from Pakistan and a Ph.D. candidate at Tulane University in the Department of Health Policy and Management. For her research on gender equality and women’s leadership in global health, she received several awards including the Center of Ethics and Public Affairs Graduate Fellowship Award from the Murphy Institute and Changemaker Catalyst Awards from Taylor Center. She is the lead author of the WHO report “Delivered by women, led by men: A Gender and Equity analysis in the Global Health and Social Care Workforce” and co-editor of “Women in Global Health Leadership: Power & Transformation” book.
