Prof. Neumeyer is Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of the German Hospital Federation. She heads the Departments of Politics, Hospital Staff and International Relations. In 2011, Prof. Neumeyer successfully completed her studies in human medicine with a PhD-MD at the University of Lübeck (Germany). She then decided to go into hospital consulting and worked as Senior Clinical Consultant and Team Leader Operations Connected Care at Philips GmbH Market Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Simultaneously, she completed an MBA degree with a thesis on "Integrated Care and Medical Technology". Since 2019, Prof. Neumeyer heads the Healthcare Management (M. Sc.) master’s degree at the Nordakademie.
