I am Juan Pablo Lleras, a Colombian strategic leader with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources across various sectors, such as banking, oil & gas, retail, consultancy, and international trade. My main professional purposes are to serve people, discover other people’s inspiration, and ensure successful implementation of organizational strategies.

Currently as HR Director at Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, I strengthen the corporate culture, improve the wellbeing of our people, connect people to a purpose, as the cornerstone, to care patients and families, and achieve the best clinical outcomes in the most efficient and sustainable way.
