Director of human resources for the past ten years, Matthieu GIRIER operated in four different public hospitals of various sizes, from 700 to 14,000 employees, in three different regions of France. In his current position, he particularly developed initiatives dealing with workforce attraction and loyalty, increasing wellbeing at work, and reinforcing ties between the clinical units and the surrounding schools of health. His expertise in this field of study brought him to preside the French association for Human resources in Health, gathering more than a hundred of HR specialists
