Paul is a dual qualified Public Health Physician and Remote Medicine Specialist with more than two decades of experience in First Nations healthcare delivery in Australia’s Northern Territory. He is passionate about co-designing, implementing, and evaluating effective and efficient health care across the care continuum. His clinical and research interests span quality improvement, health system and workforce reforms, value-based health care, co-designing care with health service users, integrated care, and health equity.
