Rachel Deussom, MSc is a health systems and workforce expert. Ms. Deussom has provided technical and operations support across Africa and Asia, contributing to USAID, World Bank, and Gates-funded initiatives, including in her role as Technical Director of the USAID global flagship HRH2030 Program. She has developed tools, curricula, policy guidance, led interventions and research aiming to improve access to high-quality care from well-supported health worker teams. Ms. Deussom has a Master of Science from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She was a 2021 WomenLift Health fellow, former faculty at George Washington University, and trained doula.
