Henrietta is passionate about affecting the public healthcare supply chain space and health systems strengthening for service delivery and improving patient health outcomes. She has served in various capacities in public, private health sectors and ad-hoc committees at all levels. She was instrumental in setting up the administrative unit of NSCIP and developed a work cadence for new staff on basic administration and supported operationalisation of the NSCIP volunteer scheme.
