He is the Director of the Human Resource for Health Directorate of the Ministry of Health, Ghana.  He has currently led the development of the National Human Resource for Health Policy and Strategies document for the Health Sector, Ghana. It was launched in the year 2020. He had a Master of Science in Human Resource Development (2004-2005) and a Doctor of Philosophy, Development Policy and Management (2005 to 2008) at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
