Allison Foster, MBA, CAE. CPH has over twenty-five years of association experience. She is the President of the National Board of Public Health Examiners which administers public health certification programs, including the Certified in Public Health (CPH) credential. She is responsible for NBPHE governance and operations including the administration of the CPH exam and the recertification process. She is the lead staff for the testing process which includes item-writing, psychometric analysis and updates based on a periodic job task analysis process. She also oversees marketing, partnership development and CPH engagement.
