Ms Katharine Mullock is an economist in the Skills team within the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs. She helps countries develop policies to adapt to changing skills needs arising from technological change, climate change, globalisation and population ageing. Her recent analytical work has looked at career guidance for adults, skills anticipation in the heath workforce, and training for the green transition. Katharine holds a Masters in Economics from the University of British Colombia in Canada. Prior to joining the OECD, she was an economist in Canada’s Department of Finance.
