She received her BS from Syracuse University, MS in Audiology, Columbia University, MD - Boston University School of Medicine, and MPH from Rutgers University. She completed residencies/fellowship in Internal Medicine at Pacific Medical Center, Fellowship in Rheumatology, UMDNJ- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and Residency in Occupational Medicine at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at NJMS – Rutgers University for 20 years and is currently the Chair of the Scientific Committee on Occupational Health for Health Workers of ICOH. She is an active member of ACOEM and has been a consultant to WHO.
