Anna Kurniati is the Director of Health Workforce Deployment at Indonesia's Ministry of Health. She is in charge of completing the Indonesia National Reporting Instrument of the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. Under her leadership, she manages bilateral agreements with foreign countries and builds strong collaboration with HRH migration stakeholders. Along with health workforce migration, she has experience in health workforce planning and health workforce deployment at primary and referral healthcare. Anna earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and a Master of Science degree in Health Management, Planning, and Policy from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
