Ms Nornah Nesu Zhou is a Human Resources professional with more than 25 years of experience in several national programs. She started her career at the District level and gradually moved on to the National level where she is currently the General Manager, Human Resources at the Zimbabwe Health Service Commission. She was recently appointed Board member of the Zimbabwe Skills, Attraction, Retention and Development Fund Board. She led the first Human Resources for Health policy as well as the Human Resources Strategic Plan for the Zimbabwe Health Sector and conducted the first Health Labour Market Analysis in 2022.
