Kenneth G. Ronquillo provides executive oversight to International Health, Local Health Systems, Health Policy and Planning and to Health Human Resources in the country. At present, He is one of the champions of Universal Health Care and he was involved in the formulation and crafting of the Implementing Rules and Regulations and enabling policies of the Universal Health Care. He is instrumental on crafting of the Master Plan and a lead convener of the Philippine HRH Network and led in the creation of the Philippine Human Resources for Health Master Plan 2020-2040.
