Ms. Curvelle David is the Deputy Programme Manager for Health Sector Development at the Caribbean Community Secretariat and Chair of the Caribbean Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Working Group for Health. She is a Public Health Practitioner with over eighteen years (18) of experience in the areas of Public Health, Health Systems Management, Strategic Management and Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation for Global Health. Ms. David is a national of the Commonwealth of Dominica who has dedicated 12 years of her career to the regional integration and regional development agenda of the Caribbean.
